The selection of LED:

The quality of selected LED determines 50% of a LED screen. Dakco pay great attention to this key point process:
1. On the same display screen, the LED of red, green, blue are in the same grade with the luminance(±10%), wavelength(±2.5%)
2. The matching of luminance-R:G:B=21:69:10
3. Chips from reputable brands of LED industry.
4. Automatic machine for chips firming, wire bonding, encapsulation, brightness separation, color separation.
5. High brightness and consistency, Strong anti-static, low attenuation and malfunction.

Reliability test:

In order to find out the hidden defects in production, we have designed a series of reliability tests:
1. Aging test for semi-manufactured modules and finished displays.
2. Resisting typhoon and waterproof test.
3. Anticorrosion test, dustproof test.
4. Vibration test, drop test.
5. High-low temperature test.
After above tests, Dakco will install the display in factory and keep lighting on at least 48 hours, to ensure a fine quality display finished.
